The internship is intended to provide the intern with a realistic view of the in-house counsel profession, providing exposure to many areas of the law, including corporate transactions, contracts, litigation management, intellectual property, labor and employment and regulatory compliance. The position will be based in Atlanta, with some travel possible.
Qualifications
Eligible candidates for this position will be Second Year law students who must be currently enrolled in, and in good standing with, one of the five Georgia law schools:
- University of Georgia School of Law
- Georgia State University College of Law
- Emory University School of Law
- John Marshall Law School
- Mercer University School of Law
